Privacy Policy

Effective April 28, 2026

Apture LLC (“Apture Studio,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit apturestudio.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information we need:

  • Contact information you provide. When you email us or fill in a contact form, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. If you share a phone number or other details voluntarily, we receive those too.
  • Engagement information. If we work together, we keep records related to the engagement — contracts, invoices, project files, and communications — for business and legal reasons.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) to keep the site secure and functioning. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • respond to inquiries and provide the services you request;
  • manage projects, contracts, billing, and other business operations;
  • maintain the security and reliability of our website;
  • comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. Cookies and analytics

apturestudio.com does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. If we add basic, privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this Policy and identify the provider and the categories of data collected.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only:

  • with vendors who help us operate the business (for example, email, hosting, accounting, and payments) under confidentiality obligations and only to the extent needed to deliver their service;
  • with collaborators or sub-contractors working on your project, subject to the engagement agreement;
  • when required by law, court order, or to enforce our rights or protect the safety of others.

5. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Inquiry emails that do not lead to a project are typically deleted within twenty-four months. Records tied to a paid engagement may be kept longer where required by law.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses. You can exercise any of these rights by emailing contact@apturestudio.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and residents of the European Union and United Kingdom have rights under the GDPR. You may contact us at the email above to exercise any of those rights.

7. Children

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by law.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the page for a reasonable period.

10. Contact us
